Guided Relaxation Download
You can download the track by pressing on the three vertically stacked dots on the right side of the audio player.
If you have ever practiced Savasana aka Corpse Pose, then you know what to do.
If you have never followed a guided relaxation, here are some guidelines:
Set aside 8-10 minutes.
Prepare a space where you can lie down comfortably.
Ideally, lie on a hard flat surface. This allows the back to fully relax. If this is uncomfortable, use pillows, or simply lie on any comfortable surface such as a bed or sofa.
The track itself is a little over six minutes long. Give yourself a little time before and after to transition in and out.
Press play, and find a comfortable position. Relax into this position and try not to move until the guided relaxation is finished.
