- A common theme in interviews revealed “…individual stress levels negatively affected the organization so that both the quality of work suffered and the work environment became inhospitable as a result of stressed members”.
- Other individual benefits included: greater bonding, mental or psychological flexibility, and greater ability to work out conflicts with less competition.
- Overall, yoga benefited the organization’s health as both internal work relationships were further developed and external client/vendor relationships improved.
